May 05 2010 :: Dynamic Seal Display Issues

As a result of software updates to the server, the dynamic seal images are not currently functioning.

Until this issue is resolved the system will display cached versions of seal images.

Once the issue is rectified we will reactivate the dynamic seal display.

We apologize profusely for the inconvenience caused.
